[Solution] A method for granulating a whole milk powder, comprising: an addition step of adding ethanol to the whole milk powder; a drying step of volatilizing the ethanol that has been added; a mixing step of adding/mixing an oil or fat and an emulsifying agent to/with the dried product; and a granulation step of granulating the resultant mixture.
