PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support system that provides information regards to a traffic monitoring activity having high real-time property.SOLUTION: An operation support system 1 comprises: a contribution terminal 101A which can contribute contribution information including type information indicating a type of a traffic monitoring activity performed for promoting traffic safety and position information indicating a monitoring position where the traffic monitoring activity is performed; a server device 11 that forms distribution information including the type information in regards to the traffic monitoring activity and the position information by combining a plurality of contribution information in which the traffic monitoring activity of the contribution target is in common from the contribution information from the plurality of contribution terminals, and distributes the distribution information; and a notification terminal 101B that acquires the distribution information distributed from a server device and provides notification of the distribution information. The contribution terminal comprises a function for contributing the contribution information while determining whether it is in the execution or has executed in the past. The server device uses the contribution information currently executed by the traffic monitoring activity from the contribution information contributed from the contribution terminal as a formation object of the distribution information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
