PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silk porous fiber conformation having a porous structure suitable as a cell scaffold material for regenerative medicine and the like.SOLUTION: By an electric field spinning method, as a spinning liquid, used is a silk protein aqueous solution with a concentration of 4-30 wt/vol%, and as a coagulation bath, used is an acidic salt aqueous solution having a buffer action and with a pH of 3-7, to form a silk porous fiber conformation composed of a silk fiber assembly having a porous structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
