Disclosed are novel quinazolinones useful as inhibitors of tau oligomer formation, which are useful for treating neurodegenerative diseases and related conditions. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds, processes for preparing the compounds, intermediates used in preparing the compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds. The present invention further relates to the compounds, salts of the compounds, and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and related conditions.
