The present invention relates to: a method for preparing plant enzymatic hydrolysates by hydrolyzing plant materials using an enzyme complex consisting of polygalacturonase, pectin lyase and cellulose; and plant enzymatic hydrolysates prepared by the method. The present invention enables the preparation of plant enzymatic hydrolysates at a high yield by using a certain amount of an enzyme complex.
