PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work of confirming the presence of a device in inventory.SOLUTION: An inventory information providing program causes a computer to perform the processes of: storing inventory information including layout information indicating arrangement positions of a plurality of information processing devices and communication history information indicating whether communication disconnection has occurred or not for each information processing device in a storage unit; referring to the storage unit in response to a request for inventory information on an information processing device at a specified position; and transmitting, to a request source, layout information on the information processing device allowing for distinguishing information processing devices at which communication disconnection has occurred and other information processing devices at which communication disconnection has not occurred among the plurality of information processing devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
