To provide a coupon circulation mediation system for making barter electronic coupons to circulate them, in virtually using an electronic information communication network and electronic data, in the barter, a product purchaser pays a product provider by a product or service of the product purchaser as consideration for the product or the service instead of paying cash to the product provider.SOLUTION: A system which promotes coupon circulation comprises: means for registering a product provider A, a coupon issuer B, and a coupon purchaser (purchase candidate) C in a database; means for registering information about coupons which are acquired by the product provider A for providing a product for the coupon issuer B, in the database as consideration for provision of the product; means for registering information about coupons which are sold to the coupon purchase candidate C for the product provider A to change the acquired coupons, in the database; means for registering use conditions of coupons in the database; and means for registering deletion information which is to be used when the sold coupons are used, in the database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
