PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated diene copolymer that makes it possible to obtain a rubber composition with a high dynamic storage elastic modulus (E') and a low loss tangent (tanδ) and a method of producing the same; and provide a rubber composition containing the conjugated diene copolymer, a crosslinked rubber composition obtained by crosslinking the rubber composition, and a tire prepared with the rubber composition or crosslinked rubber composition.SOLUTION: A conjugated diene copolymer contains a myrcene-derived constitutional unit and a conjugated diene compound-derived constitutional unit, with the 1,4-cis content of 90% or more and the myrcene-derived constitutional unit content of less than 10 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
