PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame capable of stably installing, washing and carrying a radiator to which trace amount of PCB is attached.SOLUTION: A carrying frame includes: a frame body constituted with an upper pipeline-attaching frame 101 and a lower longitudinal frame 201 for connecting upper and lower parts of a plurality of rectangular frames composed of upper lateral frames 102, 103, 104 and a lower lateral frame which respectively connect a plurality of opposed standing frames 304, 305, 306 and upper and lower parts thereof, arranged in parallel; an upper support frame 501 and a lower support frame which respectively support an upper part and a lower part of a radiator; an upper angle brace receiving piece 603 and a lower angle brace receiving piece which respectively attach the upper support frame and the lower support frame to an upper lateral frame and a lower lateral frame; a supply pipeline 701 which is attached to a lower longitudinal frame and supplies washing liquid to the radiator; and a recovery pipeline 703 which is attached to the upper pipeline attaching frame and recovers the washing liquid in the radiator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
