PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program which allows a company to bear meal charges of employees in a way which does not cause any tax problem.SOLUTION: A processing circuit 33 performs processing of determining whether a first maximum company-borne amount B is equal to or less than a second maximum company-borne amount C, and determines the first maximum company-borne amount B as a company-borne amount D when the determination is positive while determining the second maximum company-borne amount C as the company-borne amount D when the determination is negative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
