PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent and a method that make it possible to accurately determine quantity of a thrombin-antithrombin complex (TAT) in human blood by avoiding influence of antithrombin in a latex agglutination method requiring neither B/F separation nor cleaning work.SOLUTION: A TAT measuring reagent is a reagent for using a latex agglutination method to measure TAT in a blood sample derived from a subject includes: a first reagent that includes a first anti-TAT antibody bound to latex particles; and a second reagent that includes the first anti-TAT antibody and a second anti-TAT antibody respectively bound to the latex particles. The measuring reagent measures a value of TAT included in the sample by subtracting a value to be detected when the sample is reacted with the first reagent from a value to be detected when the sample is reacted with the second reagent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
