PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice washing device and a rice cooking system having the same, being simple in a shape of an agitator, excellent in durability and capable of uniformly washing rice.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing a rice washing device 1 and a rice cooking system having the rice washing device having a rice washing tank 2 having an inverse circular truncated cone-shaped rice washing space α, a rotary shaft 3 and a plurality of stages of agitator groups installed on the rotary shaft, in which respective agitator groups of the respective stages are constituted of one or a plurality of agitators 7, and among the plurality of stages of agitator groups, at least two stages or more of agitator groups are positioned in the rice washing space α, and when compared between the mutual agitator groups adjacent in the vertical direction positioned in the inverse circular truncated cone-shaped rice washing space α, the number HαNof the agitators for constituting the agitator group positioned above and the number HαNof agitators for constituting the agitator group positioned below, exist in the relationship of HαNHαN.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
