To provide a sleep evaluation report generating device capable of grasping an evaluation relating to sleep on the basis of biological information without having special knowledge.SOLUTION: The sleep evaluation report generating device comprises: a measurement result acquisition unit for acquiring biological information of a user including at least a heart rate, a respiration rate, and a body movement; an evaluation data generation unit for generating evaluation data including a degree of sleep quality obtained by determining whether sleep is good or bad on the basis of a sleep environment state relating to the environment of the sleep and the biological information acquired by the measurement result acquisition unit; an evaluation report generation unit that generates evaluation report information including at least any one of a sleep waveform, the number of times of turning during sleep, a sound sleep time, a heartbeat, and a respiration waveform as evaluation indexes for performing an evaluation regarding the degree of sleep quality and sleep; and an output unit that outputs the evaluation report information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
