To provide a peracetic acid formulation concentration determination device capable of accurately determining the concentration of peracetic acid formulation in the field simply and rapidly which is easy to carry, and a reagent used therein.SOLUTION: A method includes a light-permeable container 12 containing a target solution with a predetermined concentration of reagent added to the solution of the peracetic acid formulation; a light source 13 for irradiating measured light of a predetermined range of wavelengths to the container; a light source control unit 14 for controlling the wavelength of the measured light to a predetermined range; and a color sample display unit 15 for showing a plurality of color samples 15a to 15f corresponding to the concentration of multiple stages, and it is possible to determine the concentration of the peracetic acid formulation contained in the target solution by identifying either the transmitted light or the plurality of color samples of the measured light transmitted through the container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
