PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a request operation for service visit to be easily performed to a predetermined service trader at an interphone room master unit for an apartment house.SOLUTION: A room master unit 1 has a function of communicating with a predetermined server device 2 connected to a wide area network 100 through an intercom line 6, and includes an identification information storage unit 11 in which identification information for each room is set in advance, and a request switch 12 for requesting a service visit to a predetermined service trader.
