PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination support system, a server device, an electronic medical chart device and a program capable of sufficiently securing access property between an electronic medical chart and memo information and improving convenience of the electronic medical chart.SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart device 20 comprises: a memo input part (operation part 22) for inputting a memo which is attendant to an electronic medical chart; a memo information sending part (control part 21) for sending the memo information to a server device (data management server 10); a tag information acquisition part (control part 21) for acquiring tag information which indicates attendance of the memo; and a display control part (control part 21) for displaying the tag. The server device comprises: a memo information acquisition part (control part 11) for acquiring memo information; a tag creation part (control part 11) for creating a tag; and a tag information sending part (control part 11) for sending tag information to the electronic medical chart device 20. The display control part displays the corresponding electronic medical chart and the memo, when the tag displayed on an electronic medical chart screen is selected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
