PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud pin used for joining to a laminated composite plate, the stud pin being economically joined with high quality to a metal plate without generating any thermal effect on the inner resin plate of the laminated composite plate by welding heat, a stud pin joining device, and a stud pin joining method.SOLUTION: A stud pin 1 is provided to join the other member to a laminated composite plate 5 formed by sandwiching both surfaces of a resin plate 2 between metal plates 3a and 3b, and includes a cavity part 6 therein, a cylindrical part 18, and an annular bulged part 7 bulged outside. An inverted triangular annular projected part 8 is provided to project toward the metal plate 3 in the bottom part of the joined metal plate 3a, covered with a double cylindrical electrode 10 including an inner cylindrical tube 11 and an outer cylindrical tube 12, and pressurized and energized to be joined to the surface of the metal plate 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
