PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride resin composition which has low shrinkage property suitable as a food packaging film and excellent adhesiveness, reduces the film elution amount with heptane and has excellent film forming properties and productivity, and to provide a wrap film using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyvinyl chloride resin composition for a small wound wrap film roll for food packaging which contains (A) a polyvinyl chloride resin, (B) an aliphatic polybasic acid-based polyester plasticizer having a weight average molecular weight of 1,600 to 3,600, (C) an aliphatic polybasic acid-based ester plasticizer having a plasticizing efficiency of 0.90 or less and (D) an epoxidized vegetable oil and (E) a glycerin-based antifogging agent. The content of a combined material of the (B) component and (C) component is 16 to 22 pts.mass, the content of the (D) component is 6 to 10 pts.mass, and the content of the (E) component is 1.0 to 2.5 pts.mass, based on 100 pts.mass of the (A) component, the ratio of the (B) component is 50 to 70 mass% in the combined material of the (B) component and (C) component, and the (B) component is produced by using adipic acid, 1,2-propanediol and n-octanol as a terminal blocking component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
