To provide a recyclable packaging film composition exhibiting excellent adhesive force.SOLUTION: There is provided one relating to a recyclable packaging film composition exhibiting excellent adhesive force, that is excellent in adhesive force by constituting from a PET resin complex (PET copolymer), and that enables recycling capable of improving a heat adhesive property and printability of PE and PP based films, improving a reprocessing property, and reducing increasing environment pollution caused by plastics by enhancing a degree of recycling. A process becomes possible with any of injection, extrusion and calender processing methods by mixing 5 - 120 parts by weight of an environmental-friendly plasticizer, 5 - 100 parts by weight of acryl rubber or acrylic copolymer and butadiene rubber or butadiene based copolymer, and 5 - 150 parts by weight of TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) in 100 parts by weight of the PET resin complex (PET copolymer).SELECTED DRAWING: None
