PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage abnormality detection device or the like capable of detecting abnormality of an AC voltage waveform at a high speed by always and quantitatively monitoring the normality thereof regardless of a generation phase.SOLUTION: In an ideal state vector generation part 12, an ideal state vector x(t) is generated which basically corresponds to the waveform at the normal time based on an AC voltage detection signal Vs(t). In a real state vector conversion part 11, the AC voltage detection signal Vs(t) is converted to a real state vector x(t) corresponding to the actual waveform. An error state vector Δx(t) is calculated by obtaining the difference between the real state vector x(t) and the ideal state vector x(t). Normality or abnormality is determined on the basis of a magnitude of the error state vector Δx(t) and a threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
