PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket gate system and a program that can improve communication stability by restraining radio wave interference.SOLUTION: A radio communication unit of an automatic ticket gate performs radio communication by transmitting and receiving radio waves to and from a radio communication unit comprised in a user ticket. A determination unit determines whether a user is permitted to pass through on the basis of information obtained from the user ticket by the radio communication unit. A first communication unit communicates with a station service device. The station service device includes a second communication unit and a control unit. The second communication unit communicates with the first communication unit comprised in each of a plurality of automatic ticket gates. The control unit determines a frequency band of a radio wave for radio communication allocated to each of the automatic ticket gates so that frequency bands are distributed to the automatic ticket gates, and transmits instructions specifying the frequency band of the radio wave to the respective automatic ticket gates by using the second communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
