(In the formula, each R represents a hydrogen atom or the like, and the R moieties may be the same as or different from each other; each of p, q and r independently represents an integer of 0-3; and n represents a number of 0-20. In this connection, some of the allyl groups in formula (1) may be substituted by hydrogen atoms.)
