To enable handling of biological information in which the intention of a customer is respected.SOLUTION: A customer information management system that manages information related to a customer is composed by: an acquisition unit for acquiring biological information used for biometric authentication; a storage unit for storing customer information including the biological information; an operation unit for performing operations indicating the agreement of the customer; and a control unit for storing, in the store unit, the biological information of the customer that has been acquired by the acquisition part, in response to the operations in the operation unit indicating that the customer has agreed to the use of the biological information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
