An object of the present invention is to obtain an immortalized human-derived tumor vascular endothelial cell useful for cell-based experiments such as compound screening. The present invention provides a cell suspension derived from a tumor tissue containing tumor vascular endothelial cells by performing cell separation using magnetic beads and optional cell separation by flow cytometry to obtain CD31-positive cells. The cell group containing CD31-positive cells is re-isolated by combining subculture of the separated cell group and flow cytometry, and the genes encoding the SV40T gene, hTERT gene and fluorescent protein are expressed. The present invention relates to a method for establishing an immortalized tumor vascular endothelial cell line, comprising transforming with a virus vector as possible, and selecting transformed cells by a combination of subculture and flow cytometry. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes possible to provide a stable and large quantity of tumor vascular endothelial cells useful for screening of a drug specific to tumor vascular endothelial cells or for developing a drug.
