To provide, e.g., a culturing device that allows the temperature near a carrier to be kept suitable for culturing.SOLUTION: A culturing device has: a carrier unit to culture a culturing target; a holding unit to hold the carrier unit; and a collecting unit to collect the culturing target cultured in the carrier unit. The carrier unit comprises: a carrier for attaching the culturing target; an accommodating body to accommodate the carrier therein; a support that supports the accommodating body and the carrier from the inside of the accommodating body; and a held unit that is provided to the support and held by the holding unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
