Provided is a fermented milk for promoting an increase in blood amino acid concentration, which can promote an increase in blood amino acid concentration of a subject. By injecting fermented milk having a milk protein concentration of 1.9% by mass or more into the subject, it is possible to promote an increase in the amino acid concentration in the blood of the subject.
