To provide a joint part evaluation system, a joint part evaluation method, and a joint part evaluation program that can reduce evaluation omission of a joint part in a structure.SOLUTION: A joint part evaluation system for a structure in which a plurality of members are joined comprises: an analysis unit that analyzes a distribution state of at least one of displacement distribution and stress distribution in an analysis model 10 by dividing the analysis model 10 of the structure into a predetermined number of regions and performing finite element analysis; an extraction unit that extracts a joint part of each member in the analysis model 10; a zooming region setting unit that sets a region including the joint part as a zooming region; and a calculation unit that calculates hot spot stress in the joint part by setting boundary conditions of the zooming region on the basis of the distribution state, dividing the zooming region into a predetermined number of small regions, and performing the finite element analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
