The externally-used traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared by using the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 6 parts of herba asari, 8 to 12 parts of magnolia flowers, 6 to 20 parts of cocklebur fruits, 3 to 8 parts of small centipeda herb, 1 to 6 parts of cutch, 15 to 20 parts of roots of podophyllum hexandrum and 7 to 15 parts of borneol.
