the present technology consists of a nematotoxic composition, preferably used to control species belonging to the genus meloidogyne sp. the technology is based on the association of a hydrogel with derivatives of solanum stramonifolium jacq, more particularly the internal dialysate (di) and / or external dialysate (de) obtained from the extract of solanum stramonifolium jacq. the composition proved to be quite efficient, reaching approximately 100% lethality against juveniles of second stage (j2) of meloidogyne incognita in bioassays conducted in vitro. thus, the referred composition can be used in the progressive and persistent control of phytomatomatoids of the genus meloidogyne sp., allowing the gradual release of nematotoxic fractions to the soil. yet, other advantages such as thermostability, absence of cytotoxicity and specificity against non-target organisms are also associated with the technology. finally, all the components involved in preparing the composition are presented as part of a possible sustainable production system (seeds, hydrogel, water), minimizing impacts on human, animal, environment and associated costs.
