a planned process is described to clarify the coffee oil contained in the spent coffee grounds or in whole and / or deteriorated coffee beans. this objective is achieved through a process that begins with the inoculation of spent coffee grounds or coffee beans with macromycetos, particularly with white rotting fungi, followed by an incubation step that allows reaching a complete population of spent coffee grounds or beans of coffee through the mycelium of the fungus, and ending with drying and extraction steps of coffee oil. the described process makes it possible to obtain coffee oil that is colorless or slightly yellow in color, which favors its use in cosmetic products, foods, among others.
