The capsule wall material is composed of a matrix of the capsule wall, a plasticizer and water in a weight ratio of 1: 0.2 ~ 0.4: 0.8 ~ 1.3. the soft butylphthalide capsule described in the present invention can mask the strong and special taste of butylphthalide, and overcome the difficulties associated with the oily active ingredient formulating in another oral formulation. at the time of disintegration of the soft capsule it meets the requirements of the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.
