system and method for dynamically determining flow identifiers in a multi-cryptographic transport system. the present invention is suitable for use in a multi-encrypted system that dynamically determines flow identifiers in a secondary overlapping flow depending on the identifiers in the primary encrypted flow, the primary encrypted input stream is monitored to determine the presence of all identifier values . once identifier values are determined, the values are stored in a determination table and marked as "in use" to ensure that these identifier values are not determined for any of the secondary overlap streams. the primary encrypted flow is monitored and the determination table is continuously updated to detect any changes or conflicts in the identifier values, and the secondary overlap flows are dynamically updated accordingly.
