A method of reducing the power requirements of ventilation shelters through the creation of efficient recirculation of air by means of perforation of the walls of the trough and the use of a coaxial bypass chamber that takes into account front leakage of air between the upper unventilated shelter and the receiving chamber of the lower ventilated shelter is theoretically evaluated.
