The invention refers to an improved process for purifying the polymerized capsules of bacterial sacs, more specifically, the polymerized capsules of gram-negative bacterial sacs. The process involves collecting concentration and filtration, treating with ionic detergent and strong alkali, then centrifuging, filtering and dewatering with bacterial polymerase detergent. This process leads to a large reduction of endocrine impurities, proteins and nucleic acids.Therefore, it provides more capsule recovery with ideal o-acetylene level. This process is scalable, non enzymatic and uses fewer purification steps.
