This invention refers to antigen binding proteins,like antibodies,which are bound with the ingredient P amyloid serum (SAP),polynucleotides coding such antigen binding proteins,in pharmaceutical formulations containing these antigen binding proteins and in production methods. This invention also concerns the use ofannual antigen binding proteins for the treatment or prevention of diseases associated with the storage of amyloid including systemic amyloidosis;local amyloidosis,Alzheimer's disease, and type two diabetes.
