The apparatus for the sequential electrophoretic analysis of clinical, food, environmental and industrial liquid samples of the invention comprises a dispenser (3) for continuously dosing samples into a separation capillary (4) with a flow line (28) for the base electrolyte. The dispenser (3) is connected to the outlet of the filling device (27). The apparatus also has a contactless conductivity detector (5) through which the separation capillary (4) passes and is led to an end vessel (6) with a high voltage electrode (7) and connected to an under-pressure source (10). A grounding electrode (17) is in the dispenser (3) and is also connected to a time meter (18) between two drops of the flow rate of the basic electrolyte.
