Analysis apparatus for use in clinical/chemical analysis and laboratory diagnosis methods comprising equipment for simultaneous FIR- (undefined) and microwave spectroscopy of a vaporized liquid sample, is new. Analysis apparatus for use in clinical/chemical analysis and laboratory diagnosis methods comprising equipment for simultaneous FIR- (undefined) and microwave spectroscopy of a vaporized liquid sample, is new. The equipment for FIR analysis comprises a resonator between two mirrors, an inclined multitransparent distributor plate and two Golay detectors. Laser light of wavelength 40 -1140 microns is used for the analysis. The microwave spectroscopy system comprises polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-coated resonators and has Ge and/or Si diode detectors.
