A device that reinforces the design of the triangel assembly for a trolley model 18-9996 freight cars, relates to the field of railway transport, namely the triangles of brake linkage trolleys of freight cars. It consists of a string, a spacer, a beam, a bracket, a shoe, a polymer sleeve of a triangel pin. The beam and string are interconnected by a bracket by welding. To strengthen the thickness of the beam shelves, a channel with a thickness of 15 mm was used, inside of which a lining was inserted and a lining with a thickness of 10 mm was applied over the entire width of the channel, as a result, the beam of the shoe mounting profile was 25 mm. To prevent an increase in the distance between the ends of the triangel and the centers of the shoes, the string was replaced with round metal with a diameter of 36 mm. The invention is characterized by the technical result: the construction of the beam and string fastening with the bracket is supplemented, which eliminates the load on the fixed shoes and their further weakening in the places of rivet fastening; reinforced thickness of the profile beam flange up to 25 mm in the places of attachment of shoes; To prevent an increase in the distance between the ends of the triangel and the centers of the shoes of one triangel, instead of a string made in the form of a rolling strip, a round metal with a diameter of 36 mm, curved by the design of the triangel, was used.
