Provided herein are methods of treating a prolactin receptor positive breast cancer using an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising a prolactin receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof conjugated to a cytotoxic agent. In some embodiments, the prolactin receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof is conjugated to a maytansinoid. In certain embodiments, a method of treating a prolactin receptor for positive breast cancer comprises administering an ALS conjugate in combination with one or more chemotherapeutic agents.
