The invention relates to pharmaceuticals, including pharmaceutical compositions that form the basis of gels, and methods for the production of gels, intended mainly for the prevention and / or treatment of anal fissures, hemorrhoids and related diseases, pain relief after hemorrhoidectomy. In particular, the invention relates to compositions and methods of preparation, as well as to the use of gels comprising nifedipine and lidocaine. The technical result has been achieved by obtaining a gel composition including nifedipine and lidocaine hydrochloride, each version of which ensures the stability of the gel properties, transparency, preservation of the stability of properties for a period of at least three years, the use of which allows to reduce the clinical symptoms of hemorrhoids, up to their complete exclusion, healing of the anal cracks and relief of pain syndrome, including after hemorrhoidectomy. All the proposed inventions are industrially applicable, laboratory tests have shown that the presented objects are practically realizable and will find wide application in the pharmaceutical industry.
