The invention relates to the field of production of non-metallic composite reinforcement, and more particularly to devices for spinning threads and forming a core of composite reinforcement. A molding unit is claimed to provide the possibility of sequentially forming the core and spinning the threads after passing through the impregnation bath. A forming unit of a technological line for the manufacture of non-metallic reinforcement, including a unit for spinning the threads, a forming unit containing at least two series-mounted rows of dies; wherein each row of dies comprises at least one die; each die includes a hole configured to pass roving impregnated with a binder; the number of dies for passing roving threads in each subsequent row of dies is less than the number of dies in the previous row of dies along the passage of roving, and the cross-sectional area of individual dies along the passage of roving threads increases or remains; at least some of the dies are provided with heating elements. The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the manufacturability of the molding unit and increase the strength of the manufactured reinforcement bar.
