The application relates to a fire-protected building technology housing (100) according to an embodiment for protecting at least one cable, pipe or measuring device. The housing comprises a base part (101), an electrical cover part (102) and a cover cover (103). The base portion is formed of a flat portion (127) to be mounted against the mounting base, and first and second edge portions (128a, 128b). The electrical cover part is attached to the base part to form a case-like fire-protected space. The cover is intended to cover the base and electrical cover parts. In connection with the second side part (128b), a cover cover fixing plane (131b) is formed, to which the cover cover is fixed by the fixing means (109).
