Dispersant w-hydrogen perfluoroheptanoate potassium salt production plant, including: tank (F101), tank (F102), tank (F103), tank (F104), feedstock pump (J101), feedstock pump (J102), feedstock pump (J103), feedstock pump (J104), feedstock pump (J108), reactor (D101), transfer pump (J105), transfer pump (J106), transfer pump (J107), filter (L101), rect i fyi ng column (E101), oxidation reactor (D102), distillation column (E102), neutralization tank (D103), tank (F105); among them, tank (F101) is used to store tetratluoroethylene, tank (F102) is used to store methanol, tank (F103) is used to store t-butyl oxide, tank (F104) is used to store the sodium phosphate solution, tank (F105) is used to store potassium hydroxide; the connection between the various components of the production plant is: feedstock pump (J101) is connected respectively to tank (F101) and reactor (D101), feedstock pump (J102) is connected respectively to tank (F102) and reactor (D101), feedstock pump (J103) is connected respectively to tank (F103) and reactor (D101), feedstock pump (J104) is connected respectively to tank (Fl 04) and reactor (D101), transfer pump (J105) is connected respectively to reactor (D101) and filter (L101), transfer pump (J 106) is connected respectively to rectifying column (El 01) and oxidation reactor (D102), transfer pump (J107) is connected respectively to oxidation reactor (D102) and distillation column (E102), distillation column (E102) is connected to neutralization tank (D103), feedstock pump (1108) is connected respectively to neutralization tank (D103) and tank (F105); among them, cone bottom height of tank (F104) is 280-290mm.
