Synthetic rubber accelerator diphenyl guanidine production plant, including: tank (F101), feedstock pump (J101), autoclave (D101), distillation still (E101), transfer pump (J102—J104), rinse kettle (DI 02), condenser (C101), centrifuge (L101), drying oven (L102), pulverizer (L103), vibrating screen (L104); among them, tank (F101) is used to store ammonia; among them, transfer pump (J102) is connected respectively to autoclave (D101) and distillation still (E101), transfer pump (1104) is connected respectively to rinse kettle (D102) and rinse kettle (D102); among them, cylinder diameter of tank (F101) is 900-960mm.
