The present invention provides a benzodiazepine derivative hydrochloride represented by formula I or a crystal structure of an ethanolate thereof, wherein R is methyl or ethyl. The present invention further provides a method for preparing a crystal form of the compound represented by formula I, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystal form.
