The present invention provides a crystal structure of a benzodiazepine derivative hydrochloride or ethanolate thereof represented by Formula I, wherein R is methyl or ethyl. The invention also provides a method for preparing a crystalline form of a compound represented by formula I and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystalline form.
