The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutics, namely to preparations with anti-inflammatory action, intended for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, associated or not associated with chronic prostatitis.Summary of the invention consists in that a process for producing an active complex of Lymantria dispar larvae is proposed, which includes growing of Lymantria dispar insects up to 3…4 years old in artificial conditions on a standardized medium, of the following composition (per 1 kg of medium):then the larvae are frozen at a temperature of -18°C, after which the larvae are washed, primarily ground to obtain an active complex that is lyophilized, the resulting active complex is ground at a temperature of -55°C, the active complex is homogenized, packaged and stored at a temperature of -18°C.
