The present disclosure is related to the process for making decisions for small and medium-sized enterprises, whereby, through a series of questions about the opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths of the user who wishes to perform the analysis, will punctuate on the situation in which the business is right now. This way, the application will yield a result providing the optimal strategies to implement in the business to improve performance. These strategies are obtained through the application of a SWOT analysis, in which, when comparing threats with opportunities and weaknesses, the result is shown.
