The present invention relates to recombinant bacteriocins with antilisterial activity, consisting of a first recombinant bacteriocin (QC1) with amino acid sequence SEQ ID:5 and a second recombinant bacteriocin (QC2) with the sequence SEQ ID:6. Said bacteriocins are obtained from the in silico analysis of metagenomics information of fermented food. Herein, the encoded sequences from said bacteriocins are subsequently cloned and expressed in a heterologous system. Also, the coding genes are cloned into a commercial strain of Escherichia coli.
