FOUNDATION SYSTEM WITH IMPROVEMENT IN SOFT SOILS.

The present disclosure is related to an answer to the different variables of differential settlements that appear in the buildings from the beginning of their construction, through a process of subsoil improvement and settlement control. With practical preventive maintenance applied in a timely manner in the different areas that are needed, as the state of charge requests change throughout their useful life. The system has the advantage of braking and improving the mechanical properties of the subsoil through the injection of fluids and dosed mixtures under pressure, from the maximum depth and decreasing during the useful life of the property. The system offers a solution variant for buildings that have their foundations resolved, as mentioned in the present invention. It is worth mentioning that the level of improvement during the useful life of the property will be particular in each case; that is, depending on the case, the fifth stage of improvement could be reached; or even a smaller number improvement stages could be reached in the entire useful life of the property.
